I've lived in Oaklawn for 2 years now and I lived at Eagle Apts for 2 years as well and I never really had any problems. I can't say they have the absolute best management but they weren't horrible either. The only REAL complaints I had was the fact they show your apt to potential residents WHILE YOU'RE STILL LIVING THERE. I don't like random people in my apt and I find it very unprofessional that they would even do this. BUT I do have to say once I asked them not to show my apt anymore, they complied.

My second complaint is the resident that had my apt before me had a million cats (actually it was only 7). I thought management would replace the carpet since the previous resident had so many cats but they didn't and the carpet smelt like cat urine. I don't know if you know anything about cat urine but you can't get rid of that stench with shampoo, the carpet HAS TO BE REPLACED.

Other than that, I didn't have any problem; maintenance usually came within a day or 2. Decent place to live if you're a student because the rent is reasonable.
