I lived at Pace's Crossing for over a year as a graduate student and I loved every minute of it. It is a quiet complex, the apartments are well-kept, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, the maintenence crew is wonderful and repairs are always made in a timely fashion. The grounds were well maintained and the pools and other amenities were always being used but never overcrowded. I highly recommend Pace's Crossing to anyone looking for a low-key place to live.
