I have had 2 problems in 6 months and the maintenance people have been here on the same day to fix the problems. The complex has a lot of low income families and families on housing. There seems to be several apartments selling drugs that the office does nothing about. The apartments are nice though. Spacious with washers and dryers. I did not know I had an upstairs neighbor for 2 months because she never made noise.
