my lease is up in june and i can not wait to leave... me and my roomate moved from westminister gardens (crapppy floor plans and high rent) to this place.. we got a great deal on a 3 bedroom / 2 bath for only 600 a month but my tires have been slashed , had to replace and cleanout my fuel lines and carburetor because someone put sand in my gas tank and my roomates girlfriends cd player was stolen..... and they didnt come fix anything but they came and cleaned egg off of my door when i threatened to break my lease... over all this place is a a great money saver sepecially for all the space u get but rent for my three bedroom has gone up for new renters to 815 a month sux for yall.. this place is the ghetto and the volley ball court and the landsaping flood everynight due to crappy sprinklers... STAY AWAY FROM THE ------ INFESTED PLACE... i aint rasict but there are black ppl then there are trashy ppl and well ------- white trash whatever u want to call it live here oh and there are light fixtures in any bedrooms
