I have lived at Pebblebrook for 4 months and all I can say is I cant wait to get out of there. The apartment itself is great, its very large and a good price for the size. Its more the other people living there that make it so bad. I feel like I live in the getto sometimes. Our neighbors are horrible, they stomp up the stairs, they have parties all the time, and dont care about anybody else in the complex and how they are affecting them. I even think that they are dealing out of the apartment. I have seen other people in the complex deal from time to time and they dont care if you see them. There have been several fights out there and the cops our out there at least two or three times a month, sometimes more. I would not recommend this apartment at all, especially if you have kids. You never know what could happen. People drive up and down the streets like crazy animals and dont care about why the speed bumps are there. Most of the people that live there are very inconsiderate of others and are very rude. Like I said I cant wait to get out of there.
