Moved in with a nice special at $687 a month, the next lease we signed jumped up to $775. When we were looking to move in one management company showed us the apartment, by the time we signed our lease another management company had taken over and shortly thereafter (within a month or so) a third company took over. It has happened twice since then if I recall although less often. The apartments look good from afar but are far from nice. I think as someone stated with a typo that none of the rooms (except the show model) come with lights, I think I will leave mine behind when I leave to help the next person out. The management is alright as long as you pay rent on time and don't expect much from them. Maintenence is good. The bad thing about this apartment complex is the people living in it. The cops are called out more frequently now, not as many drug dealings as there have been in the past. Kids run rampant in the streets, it's like their parents don't exist or they just don't care. Luckily one of my neighbors is pretty cool, but most of the other people in this complex have no respect for anything. People play music loud very late and management won't do anything about it (hence the police visits). I've seen people double and triple park their vehicles, they roll through the parking lots with their stereos up way too loud. They did take trash service away and still haven't really improved on the dumpster situation or lowered the price of rent due to taking services away. I've tried working with the management to improve on this as well as the poorly lit buildings and they haven't responded well. The price used to make it worth it but we may move after our lease is up. We do have a kid and this is not the envioronment we would like to bring him up in.
