I lived there for 2 years it was good at first. There was so many problems that it would take years to explain. From theives, crackheads, bugs on stairs, to management. In my time there we had about 10 different managers(Christy being the worst). Maintence was alright but never really fixed things the right way but they tried. They will let anybody move in there as long as they got money whether legally made or not. Drug deals are made all day long and nothing is ever done about it. They have 1 trash can for all those apartments so when its full you just throw you trash beside it and its nasty and stinks. Most of the tenents have people living with them that are not on the lease and they have Section 8 in which I know is state funded which comes out of my check that is just not right. READ MY LIPS I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE IF I WERE YOU. By the way they changed the name because of the bad reputation they got from Pebble"HOOD"....
