I have lived here for the last 2 years and I am moving as soon as my lease is up. The office staff are rude and don't help. Maintenance is ignored when requested, there are mice in the walls and ants that come in from neighbors apartments. There is 1 or 2 dumpsters for the whole apartment so when its full, everyone throws their trash in the parking lot and it looks like a dump. Basically, it looks good at first, but after living here a little while, the true colors begin to emerge. Also, no one here knows how to park so both of my vehicles now need a paint job from people hitting my cars with their doors. The parking spaces are far too narrow and everyone is always hanging into the next spot. I have been trying for 2 friggin years to get a lamp changed that hasn't happened yet. To top it all off, this place is full of thugs and criminals. That's why a member of the denton county sheriffs department lives here. To keep that down as much as possible, in the front area.

I feel your pain. My husband and I lived over there about three years ago and we hated it so much that we broke the lease after five months. We felt it wasn't safe. People's cars were getting broke into, there were thugs hanging out on the corners, and to top it off; one night my husband was coming in from doing the laundry and some guys driving in a car sprayed my husband with something from a water gun. We still don't know what the substance was that was in the water gun. We just threw the clothes away and got up out of that place ASAP. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here. It's just not safe!
