I live at the University Place apartments and though it looks good on the apartment info. and liveable on the outside, DON'T DO IT. My apartment FLOODS on a monthly basis and no matter how many times they say they are going to fix it - it's temporary. Further, the flooding has ruined most of my clothes and shoes and they didn't even offer an apology! The apartments have three windows, but only two of them open (literally - the living room window has no place for opening), the screens don't fit the other windows and there are BUGS. Lots of spiders, roaches, and ANTS.
