EVIL!!!!

I lived at University Place.

Constant noise from the bar just a few yards away.
Parking lot had a big dip that ruined my muffler.
Kitchen was incredibly small - only one foot of counter space!
Living room was tiny, but the bedrooms and closets were of ample size.
Carpet was old, ugly and dirty.
The air conditioning either froze you to death, or never came on.

The leasing office couldn't give a damn about you. I mean they own twenty some odd properties with hundreds of residents so what the hell do you matter, right' Our apartment was actually leased out from under us! We had a roommate moving out - we were told we couldn't sign a new lease until they left - when we returned to sign the new lease (sans roommate) we were told the apartment had been rented to someone else and we were forced to move out within the week. When we visit the UNT lawyer about this, they said the Place to Be got dozens of complaints every semister.

The worst apartment experience of my life. Sorry this is so long, but I don't want you to make the same mistake!!!!!!!
