Stayed here this past year when I first moved to Denton since it seems like every place near UNT were owned by them. The apartments look great on the outside, but inside nothing special. Management is very strict about making sure you pay every penny when you move-out for any "damages" you might have caused. They charged me for spots on the walls and carpet even though they were there when I moved in. When I tried to explain to them that it was like that when I moved in, they wouldn't listen. They told me if I don't pay, they would ruin my credit. I am glad I moved out of there. Did I mention that every time I had to make a maintenance request it took forever to fix. You would think with all the properties they have they could afford to hire more people. This year I am staying elsewhere. There are plenty of places in Denton that are cheaper and better than the Place to Be. The Place to Be is more like the Place Not to Be!
