HELL To Be Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
As a Senior at UNT, I was desperate to find an apartment near the UNT campus b/c I was not moving back into the Dorms!
I should have known not to Rent from Place to Be when I went in to sign the Lease and the Staff member that I was signing the Lease with had a TWU apartment locator Pamphlet on her desk! lol That should tell you plenty! The only thing this company cares about is Money. And yes the Apartment Manager is a big "B". I ended up breaking my lease after Graduation b/c I wanted to get rid of Place To Be as fast as possible. So of course after I moved out, I now have a wonderful $50 Utilities Bill. And I didn't even live there! It was never that high when I did live there. I told them that they should pay this Bill. Their reply was "We had to show the Apartment."
They also took out $60 from my Security Deposit for Cleaning and Painting the Apartment. It was cleaner when I moved out then what it was when I moved in!
These people are horrible... They use you and take advantage of you... And anyway they can find to make an extra buck off of you, they will find it! The Eff. Apartment that I had over at Shady Place was great I loved it. But I will never rent from HELL To Be Apartments ever ever again it's just not worth it.
And to another Reviewer that I read earlier. No I'm not some kid that got in trouble with Place to Be and I'm angry.lol
I was a CSCI major at UNT and I know Mathmetics... and I know when people are getting screwed. :p
Do Not rent from Place to Be. Find somebody else.
Call Mr.Chang at Chang Apartments. He was always Polite. He is a nice guy.
Or maybe try Caberet Apartments She is nice lady also. :D
And to Place to Be Apartments:
The reason why you had soooo many Empty Apartments last year is NOT b/c the economy was bad, it's b/c so many people are talking about you.
