I personally have only one complaint about these apts. and that is it works off one central unit of heat and cool. So when it is summer it's up to Place To Be as to when they think it is officially summer to switch it to the air conditioner. Other then that the place is great I have had no other problems that I have encountered. The rooms are huge and you have your own bathroom and a big walk in closet with summer clothes on one side and winter clothes on the other. It's great and cheap for only 625-650 a mo. split between the two of us.
