Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
I lived with the Place to Be Apts for 4 years. They were pretty descent. I mean all apt complexes have their flaws. Maintenance requests were performed in a timely manner except during the summer. They are farely strict but at least all of their properties are nice & most of the ofc staff is also nice.
