The Place To Be does the bare minimum to follow the law, and no more. Intelligent, hardworking people are throwing away much more money than is fair because Place To Be and a few other companies have driven up the rent prices in Denton to outrageous amounts.

Rent from a private landlord. Or think about starting a co-op or renters' association.
