Now listen! The Place to be Apartments suck. The huge majority of their properties are pretty much shitholes, and if you can find one that is alright than they will charge you way to much, try to constantly tack on extra fees, and generally make your life miserable. They are pretty good about maintanence, but they have roach problems.
