I have lived in the same apartment for a little over a year. these apartments arent bad but they arent anything special either. the spacing isnt great and it seems like a lot of room until you actually move your stuff in. the grounds crew is very helpful in your problems. the rent is a little steep for what you get. you get an apartment for your rent. there are no amenities or workout center or a pool. so overall i would give it a 6 on a scale of 1 to ten.
