Started out well, then the problems began. The maintenance people came to fix our pipes and broke them! Water everywhere and they didn't even clean it up!
The office staff and maintenance people came in whenever they wanted to. Sometimes early in the morning or late in the evening. All of them had keys and many would not knock!
Almost everyone had their cars broken into. The neighborhood was really bad.
Even though my husband and I were married, they made us pay an additional roommate fee every month.
The only positive thing about this place was the fact that we did get our deposit back at the end of our lease.
If you are looking for an apartment in Denton do not go with PLace to Be.
