I lived in Hampshire. Maintenance was very prompt the one time I had to call. Never had a problem with bugs. The apartment was pretty quiet and my neighbors were nice.
I part of my deposit back after I moved out. And they also gave me an extra day to finish getting the last of my stuff and finish cleaning without any hassles.
The only problem is it's right behind the football stadium, so it would be loud on those few Saturday mornings/afternoons (which was a pain since I worked in a coffee shop early Saturdays and was ready for a nap). People attending the games never parked in the parking lot, and those days were the only day it was hard to get in and out of the complex.
Overall, it was a good first apartment.
