I moved into Park Place in Jan and wanted out in Feb. Thats just sad. My hot water heater went out, ice maker didn't work, disposable clogged, it was all horrible. I hate it. I can't wait to get out in May. Even if I was going to resign my lease they were going to make my rent an extra 10 dollars... what the hell. The company should want to take care of their current customers. The staff at Place to Be is extremely rude especially the b***h that answers the phone. I would NOT rent from Place to Be... its all so old and shi**y.
