I leased an apartment from Place to Be for two years. I always payed my rent on time, and had little issues for a while. In the past year however, maintenance has gone down hill. Response to problems is slow, even in urgent situations, and often one visit would not be enough to fix problems with the shower, water heater, toilet, faucets, leaks, etc. but all this is not as bad as their poor adherence to terms within leases, and not properly notifying tenants as according to legal contract. Place to Be is not concerned with the individual's security, safety, or rights as a tenant. It is better to rent from landlords who care about your satisfaction and over all well-being concerning your living arrangements.
