All in all not bad...

People keep talking about how slow the maintenance is. Well, the problem is that they have many communities/ rent houses around the city, and not always enough maintenance men to cover everything going down at the same time. The maintenance men are involved in doing some renovation in the places they own/manage. In college it is not easy to afford an apartment community that is top class.
Actually, they are not a bad company, and they are a one stop shop when you are looking for an apartment as they have a wide array of properties to choose from. If you don't like one place they show you, you can ask to look at somewhere else.
Anyway, I lived in Denton for about 3 years (and worked for PTB for a little bit one summer), and I would recommend them.
