First of all, yes, they own a million units and are busy people. I get that. But there job is apartment management, and they truly suck at it. They are all VERY defensive any time you have a complaint, they are unhelpful, and unfriendly. The first day we moved in they said they just fixed the roof in the apartment. As soon as it rained, both of our closets leaked (ruining some of my white clothes) and two places downstairs. Our apartment complex had an abandoned car for the entire year. We were burglarized by a prostitute/drug addict (I'm not kidding) and they would not help us install any security system. Not only that if your apartment is damaged by rain or flooding, they do not help pay to put you up while your apartment is being repaired. Overall, some of the most unpleasant people I have ever met, and they lie when you sign your lease, outright lie to you. They said nobody goes over their electricity cap ($75), yet every month almost every single door had a notice. I know they have a business to run, but they do it in a very shady way. I was very disappointed and I was so happy to be out of there. I would not recommend this apartment complex to you unless I hated you and wanted to see you suffer.
