My lease is up in December and I cant wait to get out!! First of all our a/c has NEVER run properly. Over the past 3 months we have had someone out here every two weeks to fix the problem. We live in Texas and its absolutely miserable when its 95 degrees in your apartment and the maintenance guy says theres "nothing he can do". Needless to say it never gets fixed and we go without a/c for a few days each time, they "fix" it and it breaks two weeks later. The manager (Jennifer) is completely rude and tried to make it out like we did something wrong. She also tried to tell us that all the maintenance guys are certified a/c technicians...interesting since the guy who came out to "fix" it said he was the only a/c guy. Also, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The parking lot is ridiculously small but I think the best part is the drug dealer that lives below us and makes his deals in the parking lot. I cannot wait to get out of these apartments!!

yeah not even mention about the flooding last year, they will just say do you have insurance? they did not mentain the property, and when there is a problem they never fix it. A/C problem somtimes cause the house leacking. yes leaking up from your closet. all your clothes have to move out. the mexicon guy who come and mentain the house. say there is nothing he can fix it. the apartment is too old, the ac system is too old. but why they (place to be) are having a nice office to collecting rent? let's do something. they are the worst american i have ever seen. sham of american
