I live in Kensington Place and the apartments are very old and the customer service is rude and almost non-existent. The people in the office ignore you and because the apartments are so old, things break often. When I moved in, one of the doors didn't even have a door frame. The area around the door had gaping holes and where partially filled with plastic bags. It took a month for them to fix. Likewise, when you submit a maintenace request, it takes days, some times weeks for them to be fixed. Even when the complex lost hot water, it took 2 days for them to fix. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
