I have lived in 6 apartment's throughout my college years. This was the absolute worst management i have ever had to deal with and i was only in my apt for 3 months. My apartment was infested with rats and they did absolutely nothing about it. I was staying with friends more than i was staying at home because the infestation was so bad. Then my apartment flooded from rain through the outside walls, drenching half of my apartment soaking/ruining everything on the floor, including furniture. ELEVEN days later with standing water still in about 1/4 of my apartment they finally sent someone out to vacuum the carpets, pull them up and put a fan on it. Mold was starting to grow and the rat infestation was worse than ever. I ended up having to pack and move all of my things so the rest of my stuff wouldn't get ruined, it was unlivable!! The management were not willing to work with me at all, even considering the fact that the carpet was pulled up throughout half of my apartment. They made me pay to break my lease and pay the next couple months rent until they leased it out. If you have any sense you WILL NOT rent from them!
