The apartments I stayed in for two years (Craig Place - managed by Place to Be) were decent, though a little noisy. I thought the people that worked at the Place to Be office were unduly rude. If I am handing over a large portion of my income to these people on a monthly basis I expect a little bit of politeness in return. I can't say that ever happened.

I was never a problem tenant and made all of my payments on time and in full. It is really wrong that they treat their customers this way.

I usually had to call a couple of times to get maintenance issues resolved. The guy would come and check out the problem then promptly disappear and would sometimes come back and fix the problem. Other times I had to call and remind them.

If Place to Be had considerate people working in their office, I'd probably do business with them again. The fact of the matter is that I was treated so badly that it was a major factor in my decision to not renew my lease with them. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
