The apartments themselves are older, but it means you're getting a bigger apartment for a lower price, which I loved. I thought the 2-story floorplan was great, and the location right across the street from UNT was perfect.

I never had any problem with the Place to Be maintenance people. Every time I asked them to fix something, they got it done quickly and without making me hassle them. These apartments are close to a bad area of town, but because they are so close to campus, rarely have any issues with security. In fact, one of the police speed traps is in the parking lot next door to my building. Just don't speed on North Texas Blvd!

I loved living there, and only left because I moved in with a friend.
