Overall, a fairly positive experience..

Generally, I had a good experience in the two years I was there. It is not a luxury apartment complex, but served well for this college student. Office staff was very professional, maintenance was fairly quick, move-in and move-out was pain-free. Your rent includes cable and water. There are some drawbacks, however: (1) my rent went up $30. when I resigned my lease after a year, which I thought was a bit much; (2) it can be noisy at times; (3) there are no special amenities regarding the interior of the apartments -- mine was in need of some renovation.
