Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Maintenence has been quick to respond with any problems we have had, and say hi when you see them. Management is very nice and will carry on a conversation with you no matter what your reason is for needing to go into the office. The only bad things about our expierence here is the cigarette butts and dog feces on the grass as well as noisy neighbours.
