Apartments are standard fare for their size. They're decently priced, and the maintenance staff is okay. However: the place is pretty filthy. No one picks up after their pet, especially if it's cold, people let their animals run around without leashes (which would be fine but I'm the only one with a dog that's not trained to rip someone's throat out), I've found three needles in the bushes, and the place smells like weed a lot. Our apartment flooded because the rain caused the toilet to back up, and when I called them to let them know it was an emergency they told me they'd be there in the morning, even though the apartment was flooding (I turned the toilet lead line off but it kept running). Then they hired a contractor to come out and clean the carpets, but he was really really late, and everyone gave me nothing but attitude. The grass is constantly over-run and my dog always comes back from walks covered in stickers. The place is terribly lit, you have no control over porch lights if you're in anything but a loft. The staff are nice (struga management) but they act a little condescending whenever you need help with something.
I will say that the maintenance guys are pretty cool, Mani's really nice but Iliev is hard to understand and kind of creepy. Oh and the laundry room sucks.

Not to appear to profile, but a majority of the residents are hispanic and understand very little English so communication is a major issue.
