Decent Place For a Budget

I lived there for two years and overall had a good experience. They're not luxury or really nice but they are affordable, close to UNT campus, maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. While I lived there I only had to deal with roaches on two or three occasions - usually when one of my neighbors moved.
