This is so NOT the Ghetto!!

I've lived here since the place opened and I have two kids. I don't let them play outside alone, but I wouldn't do that if we lived in a house. There is slight problem with people having the bass on their car stereos up bit too loud, but most will turn it down if you ask. This is a racially mixed community. It is not ghetto at all. If this is considered ghetto, I'd hate to see what someone would consider almost every other apartment complex in town. In reguards to complaints, I've complained to the staff about loud TVs, and music and I've never felt that I was being treated as a nuisance. The staff has always treated me warmly and tended to any concerns that I had promptly. I was a bit let down after we moved in due to there being more of a young college crowd than the "famiy" only type of apartment community we thought it was going to be. But hey, this is a town with two major universities. We (my husband) are a yound couple, and are even moving up to a larger home here. There is a good after school program for school age kids and there are community activities through out the year. There is also a work out facility and a cute little park for the kids to play at. Out of four stars I'd give this one three. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
