I've lived here for 2 years and have nothing bad to say about the quality of service from all of the staff. Our apartment is beautiful with large rooms, walk in closets, and awsome master bath. The guest bath is very large. We have many amenities, a great workout room, business room w/internet printer and fax. Community room for functions w/ TV. Did I mention there is a great afterschool program here' Well, my child goes and they are best afterschool place I've ever seen. He gets his work done there and they reinforce his school learning. They definately have many activities to keep them engaged and they are taught to be responsible citizens, not kids running all over the place. The pool, park, basketball court, and all the ground are beautiful and kept immaculate by maintenance. As with ANY apartment, you will have the occasional noisy neighbor situation, or people outside getting loud every so often. Parking can be an issue if you don't have a permit to park here. So guests may have to circle til they find a spot, but there is definately enough parking for residents. They are putting more lights around the area and building shopping centers right across the street. I feel very safe and comfortable here. Our apartment could easily go for over 1,000 dollars, but its right 747. There are income requirements that you have to meet however. We are going to stay here as long as we can until we can buy a house. We won't find any place better.
