when we first moved in it was GREAT... it was a nice huge apartment that felt like home, the refrigerator was new and the carpets were clean... there were a few things like the weather strips were torn off the doors from previous pets and we had a few roaches come out of the sink (nasty) but it was me and my Fiance's first home together and we were excited!
i started by spraying the roaches myself since it looked like the apartment hadn't been used for a while and just needed a "pre-wash"... we had problems with the a/c and maintenance was supposed to come on that monday so i cleaned up the apartment and made sure I would be there, and they never showed up. I came home a couple weeks later and found a note on my door saying they had came by but gave me no notice at all, I think personally that they should call you and at least ask if its ok for them to just walk into your house i mean what if i had a young child (13) in the house or something doing her home work and some one just walked into the house' that would be the worst thing for here and not to mention i was in the shower and i guess maintenance decided they wanted to just come over and do what they needed and thats fine... if they had called but any ways i hear knocking on the door, wrap a towel around my body and look through the peep hole when all of a sudden they put the key in the door and push essesively just trying to break the lock it seems and i said to myself what ever they can come back at a different time... thank goodness my door was locked, they could have knocked me over and seen me naked! and also, they gave us an eviction notice to have everything out in 48 hours but didn't say why... stressed out about everything my fiance calls them asking if they have the wrong adress and they said that our check we'd sent them wasn't signed and we were trying to screw them on money! all we had to do was go down there and sign it!!! but they evicted us and we barely had enough time to get a new apt. that same day... have a storage to put all the stuff, rent a hotel room for a couple nights, sign new lease and get keys plus take everything out of storage and put it into our new apt. (not to mention moving from 3 story into 2 story with a rented truck) we have just moved into the new apt. today and i have just found out that they put us in credit debt over "breaking the lease" that they broke! i wouldn't recommend these apartments... great area... bad rip-off!! we were only there for 3months!!! once we were settled in, we had to leave... and now that were settled in here we finally have time to start our wedding plans! (also we didn't get our depost back either.)((($500)))

That story doesn't even make sense. She says "What if.." straight to "not to mention i was in the shower" There had to be another reason for the eviction. Not signing one check would not even stand up in JP court here. Be a grown-up and admit what you did, and take care of your Business. And stop complaining! (Dude, Don't marry her. You will never get another moments peace...)
