I am about to move in and I have only experienced good things. Sure the paperwork is lengthy but they basically do it all for you. They contact employers, schools, etc. You just have to give them the initial application.
I have driven through the complex during the day and at night I have never see anyone loitering about, graffetying, or anything else inappropriate.
The apts. are extremely nice inside and in a great location. I find it a privledge to be able to move in!!!
