We moved in because the apartment looked amazing. With in a month of being in there someone tried to break in! The Manager did nothing about it and wouldn't fix the outside lights so we could see who was trying to get in. The Assistant manager is a huge jerk. He went around threatening to evict people WHO WERE PAYING ON TIME. He went to one woman who JUST MOVED IN. And told her she was dirty and a mess and that he was going to evict her in a matter of weeks because he wanted more money. He yelled at her and used so many hurtful things I was appalled that he did it around people! We have called the cops so many times about people trying to get into our apartment. When we called the maintenance about things that were wrong with the construction of the apartment they CHARGED us! They cashed a check for a security deposit that they said they shredded it then didn't want to refund us! The walls are cracked. the 'wood floors' are peeling. The paint cracks and flakes off around all the corners and windows. The neighbors are HORRIBLE. when we moved in we were told there were rules then did a search and found out there was a sex offender living in the area! ITS NOT A PLACE FOR YOU TO BRING YOUR SMALL CHILDREN. They don't enforce the speed and people speed though the place like a bat out of hell. Parking is horrible and people are rude. My car was scratched with in the first months that I lived there and no one left anything to do anything about it.m The staff has few people who really care I think I have met one guy who was kind and cared other then that they really screw you over. I would never recommend this place and after I move in a family member I felt so bad we had to move them right back out because people would try to look into her apartment and watch her, much less all the problems they had with their place, they were without hot water for days! Find some where else to go there are better places with better prices! Unless you are looking for a dangerous community with loud neighbors, no parking spaces, bad apartments and worse safety go somewhere else. They are only going to disappoint you.

I think there have to truth to what this person has said and if you Mr or Ms.Anonymous would read other reviews you will see that some of the same things are being mentioned in those reviews as well, Everyone cant be lying. I have heard some great things and bad things.I was ready to move here but now i am really not sure. I know people have thier own personal opinions and sometimes explainations are over-reacted but as i say they all cant be lying. And if the staff is that bad they need to be reported to Corporate or the BBB because people do not have to deal with that. oh and it dose not matter if this person had run on sentences this is not english class, and that was juvenile to even say.

True, people do have their own opinions, and I have read multiple reviews that say basically the same thing as this guy, but if it weren't for the other reviews I wouldn't pay much attention simply because of the run-on sentences and excessive capitalization. The way things are presented really have a huge impact on credibility. I know this isn't English class, but it still makes a difference. However, calling the person an idiot for expressing their anger with the complex is not a very smart thing to do.
