I dont know what side of the apts these people are staying on but I have been living here for over 6 months with much delight. If you have a normal persons expectation of apartment living then I recommend this apts. They are beautiful on the inside and the out. I dont go in the office ever because I pay my rent on time and dont have problems, so i dont have to deal with the people in the office and their attitudes and I have had nothing in my apt break on me thus far. I came home from school one day to my door being wide open(my own fault) and nothing had been taken nor had anyone even come in. My own experience has been one of peace now with that said they are not perfect, but no apt is. If you want perfection buy a house but the people in these apt are not ghetto or just outright poor,these are working class indivduals, single families and students. There isnt a complex out there full of perfect individuals. Now the downside of the apartments do include noise if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing above you and mostly likely it is the kids boucing around with no respect. It can get annoying and i have had to use the broom quite a few times. Parking can get rough late at night,and I have started to see little ants around if food is left out. Also you have to get expensive Verizon which is a whole complaint and pain to deal with of its own.But like I said the goods by far outweight the bad and with that being said these apts are great!
