Upon first glance Providence Place seems to be a nicer establishment. Honestly the only problem I ever had with Providence Place was an upstairs neighbor who was often loud, obnoxious, partied every weekend and fought with his spouse so loud I could hear the screams. Of course this isn't the fault of the apartment complex by any means however I wished I the complex was insulated a bit better to avoid such constant noise.
Of the times I had to call the courtesy office on these neighbors the officer responded quickly. It also seems that lately kids have been running a muck in the community (loud racing car engines at 3:00 AM). Again not the complexes fault.
The staff has always been courteous to me anytime I've had to talk with them (especially the male employee- which makes me find the previous post a bit odd).
Parking is bad but that isn't because of insufficient parking, it's mainly because one apartment will have five cars (people not on the lease living with them). Which the ladies in the office might want to pay more attention to.
Property upkeep used to be better. I remember the days when I would come home and the nice maintenance men would be spraying the halls with a power sprayer and cleaning up the trash that unruly neighbors had unkindly left on the ground. Now I come how to ketchup packets left in front of my door and a million cigarettes in the grass. What's up with that' It looks trashy.

Not the best but not the worst.

I agree with you, especially about the maintenance. I think I am going to talk to them about it.
