I was VERY VERY hesitant to move into these apartments when i had read all the reviews but i decided to anyways since they seemed to be one of the nicest i had seen and a great price. I absolutely loved my apartment and if i werent relocating i would have stayed there. I really never heard my neighbors. Yes there are kids outside during the day and evening but they have never been a problem and all the neighbors were very friendly.You cant smell the land fill like ive heard and the parking was fine, every once in awhile id have to walk a little bit further but nothign compared to other complexes i have lived in and paid wayy more. This was the first place i have ever lived that gave me my full deposit back when moving out. I would definetly move here again if i ever went back to Denton.
