If you are a college student I would recommend living here.
The price is great for what you get and the apartments are very spacios.
You can walk to campus (UNT) and to Fry St.
at night to avoid a DWI!
It was a little noisy, but no big parties and the walls are pretty thick.
I had no problem with maintenance and they were always very quick to respond.
I heard some of my neighboors complain about the management, but I had no problems with them.
They were always very friendly and honest.
I got my a very fair refund of my deposit.
I did have to pay a $175 fine for regularly feeding a stray cat on my porch.
So, don't push it when it comes to pets!
Always enough room for parking.
I just had no major problem and overall I liked the place.
