I lived at Raintree for 3 years and enjoyed a fairly quiet, peaceful time. Neighbors are fined for noise and pet violations. If you have furry pets, don't live here! The fee is huge if you are caught with a pet on the premesis. Also, the laundry room is kind of sad, but the pool was kept clean. The maintenence response was inconsistent. Sometimes they'd fix a problem within a week, other times, it would take over a month. I always felt safe and the management is pretty good at what they do. They try to stay on top of things. I would consider living there again.
