I have lived here for two years now and enjoy the place. It stays pretty quite and the office staff is usually friendly. Sometimes Betty can be a little rude though. One thing I hate is the water and electric bill. They divide everyones bill so no one is responsible for how much they use. Some months it randomly jumps really high. Also the entire apt complex can only have A/C for one part of the year and heat for the rest. Some days in the fall and winter it would be really hot but we would have no A/C since it was the "heat" part of the year. Overall its a pretty nice place for the money considering how big the apts are and how close to UNT they are.
