Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
When I first moved to Denton, I lived in Bernard (also managed by the same people) across the street from Raintree. I then moved to Raintree for about 2 1/2 years, and liked it even more. When I left to live in Lewisville for 4 months, I was miserable. The apartments were kind of like a University Courtyard or Jefferson Commons...unfriendly staff and very stuck up. When I moved back to Denton, I went straight back to Raintree. Management has always been fair, and will work with you if you work with them. Maintenance takes care of major problems in a day, but you might have to call a few times to get them to do minor stuff. I have recommended these apartments to everyone who has said they need a place to live. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
