Great Apartments

I've lived at Raintree for 2 years, and have had no major problems.

The management is friendly and will work to help you out.

Maintenance was always attended to within a day or two.

I really enjoyed living here, and it's close to campus, so I've survived 2 years without a car - and the rent is CHEAP!

I will say this, though - because the buildings are kind of old, the A/C stopped working a few times during the summer...

but in their defense, they always fixed it within the hour, even though I usually called after 10pm.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this complex for anyone apartment hunting!
