This is my 3rd place to live in Denton and by far my favorite.
I love the layout of the apartment and the rent is very reasonable.
The maintenance is very good here, they usually come within 48 hours although most of the problems I have had they come that day.
The grounds are kept up and my apartment is near the pool and they are always cleaning it, and they even just decorated for Christmas!!! The managers are super awesome.
BJ knows you by name and she is totally willing to go out of her way to satisfy the residents.
I will say one annoying thing is the 6 months of AC and 6 months of heat because we live in Texas the weather is not predictable and it gets warm early so it can make some days miserable, but if it is hot consecutive days then they will turn on the AC.
I have recommended these apartments to all my friends and I am going to continue to live here until I graduate!
