Just a warning..do not move here. My husband lived at Ramsgate for a year, and it was horrible. His apartment flooded, and they sent out a maintenance man with a shop vac. That did not pick up any of the water, so 4 hrs. later a professional service arrived. He had to move into the apartment next door for a week, and they wouldn't let him stay in that one. They made him move his stuff again into the original apartment. One of the fans got turned off, so he had to pay for the extra day. They also told him he would get new carpet, b/c it smelled like mildew but he didn't. When he asked them, the staff told him they replaced the padding underneath. We checked (pulled up the corner of the carpet) and it was soaking wet...not new. Then, when he moved out, they charged him for the crappy carpet!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
