Ramsgate

 

Hello all,

Living at Ramsgate has been a good experience.

I especially like the wonderful office staff and the proximity to UNT.

It is also very quiet around here.

I lived at the overpriced Arbors apartments prior and like Ramsgate much better.

the grounds people are also very nice and do a great job.

As with every apartment there are cons, my major ones--old kitchen appliances, apartments (and carpet) are older, really dark at night, & no porch/balcony.

Also do not choose an apartment by the pool.

Although it may seem like nice scenery it is really noisy in the summer! People party out there way past the closing time.

We have had to call in noise complaints several times.

Someone else wrote about drug deals, but I haven't ever seen anything like that!

They are slowly making some updates to the units.

Overall, they are great if you want to pay a little less (by Denton's standards) but still live by UNT!
