Nice community to live

I feel like ramsgate is a nice community to live in. It was voted Denton's most beutiful for two years I believe. THe primary problem I had was the hot water. On more than 3 occasions, the hot water would not work and this was horrible especially since I had to work early in the morning. At one point, the whole complex did not have hot water for about 3 days. Besides that, the apartments is a very nice place to live. I do not live in the noisy area, so I'm not sure what others are talking about. Yes if your guests park in the wrong spot, the car WILL be towed and it cost 97$ to pick it up. Also maintenance staff comes out the same day.
I would recommend someone to live here. It trully is one of the best communities in Denton.
