Pretty good especially for pet owners!

I have lived here for a few months.

My one bedroom is pretty cheap $479 a month with a $99 deposit.

The maintainance has been speedy so far.

My side of the unit is pretty quiet and I live next to some partiers.

The only time I can hear them is when I am next to the window.

The walls are pretty thick so I can listen to the radio at a reasonable level without annoying the neighbors (I have asked).

They are pet friendly and you will often see many neighbors out walking their dogs.

The cons' The kitchen appliances are sort of old and don't work well (especially my dishwasher).

There is plenty of storage, but the storage in the kitchen is very weird and it is hard to fit stuff in the pantry because they put some sort of facing on it.

I have one set of neighbors I have seen selling weird appliaces out of the back of their car and letting their pit bull roam free about the complex and the management seems to have done nothing about it.

Where is that cop they are talking about' The towing has yet to be a problem, but they explain that pretty well when you move in.
